HR Generalist at Ramudden – Help Create Safe Workplaces Across Sweden

Ramudden continues to grow, and we need to expand our HR department. Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to work as an HR Generalist in a growing organization that is constantly changing. No day is the same with us.

About the Position

You will work alongside other colleagues in the HR department, which consists of HR, Work Environment, and Payroll functions. We currently have 48 locations across the country, and our headquarters is in Gävle. The position is based in Gävle, and from here you will support the entire Swedish organization, but some travel is also included in the role.

Salary Type: Monthly salary

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Recruitment – design job ads and support hiring managers during the recruitment process
• Draft employment contracts and other agreements
• Statistics and KPIs – prepare and compile data
• Monitor overtime and working time regulations
• Work with managers to handle rehabilitation cases
• Provide support and advice to our managers regarding collective agreements, labor law issues, and personnel matters
• Other HR administrative tasks

You will also work on annual recurring tasks such as:

• Salary mapping
• Employee surveys
• Work Environment and Equal Treatment
• Health checks and medical controls
• Preparation and support during salary reviews

You will also contribute to continuous improvement of our routines, processes, and internal training.

Who Are You?

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

• A few years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or is educated in HR.
• Good collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured manner in a fast-changing environment.
• Solution-oriented and flexible.
• Social and pedagogical skills along with a high service mindset. With an open mind and a helpful attitude, you are an important part of developing our HR department.
• A valid driver's license (B).

Meritorious:

• If you have worked in a similar industry with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• If you have experience with systems like Grade or Netigate.
